She brings deep, cross-industry expertise, fluently speaking the language of artists while understanding the full 3D production pipeline, tools, and studio workflows.

As a content creator, educator, and mentor, Viv supports creatives with practical career guidance through job search and portfolio workshops, WIA mentorship circles, and engaging LinkedIn content. Her commitment to industry advocacy includes serving on the board of WIA, leading their mentorship recruitment across North America, acting as a Women in Games Ambassador, and participating as a member of the Visual Effects Society (VES).
