Vincent Brisebois
Vince Brisebois manages 3D partners for the Media2 division of NVIDIA, focusing on intelligent content creation he works with partners to integrate Generative AI in production workflows.
He has designed technology solutions for 2D and 3D production in the visual effects, video game, and design industries for over 20 years. He was previously vice president of engineering at Daz3D where he managed updating the development of its character creation platform with physics-based rendering to serve the company’s multitude of professional clients for previz and illustration. as well as a massive community of content creators.
Vincent was Director of Visual Computing at Fusion-io, a tech startup where he designed and launched the ioFX, a flash-based memory device for VFX and 3D artists. He led the productization and release of the product through HP, Dell, and Lenovo and worked with NVIDIA to prototype the device as a GPU memory extension.
Earlier, Vince spent 11 years at Autodesk Media & Entertainment (originally Discreet Logic), working in collaboration with leading Hollywood studios both as a product specialist for Autodesk 3ds max software and as Product Designer on Autodesk’s desktop compositing tool, Toxik (now Composite). At Autodesk, he was a key member of the stereoscopic advisory board, which helped to establish innovative S3D conversion pipelines with major studio clients.
In addition to technology companies, Vince has worked as a VFX supervisor and artist with four-time Academy Award nominee David Lynch on projects ranging from television commercials to interior design (Club Silencio). He has demonstrated products to thousand-person audiences and often represented companies in media and industry events including a NAB keynote address alongside Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak and 2-time Oscar winner Rob Legato.
He is a founding-year member of the Visual Effects Society and has been a roundtable mediator at VES summits and has done over 20 television and radio/podcast appearances including live comments for the Oscars (visual effect categories) on national TV.
