Paul McAfee

I’m a hands-on Experience Lead with 20 years of making things - from high-end VFX and CG Animation for features & commercials, network tv, advertising & marketing to realtime XR/Immersive projects. I am passionate about building capabilities & connecting new technologies and partners with creative opportunities.

I have worked at Pixar, Framestore, MPC, MTV, Radical Media, R/GA and lesser known but equally fantastic entities. I have produced projects big and small, and my current focus is on immersive realtime applications for VFX, CG animation and the metaverse.

I am a native of So Cal, a UCSB graduate who lived in San Francisco before relocating to NYC in 2012. I am a grateful father of two RAD teenagers, a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) as well as the VES. My mission is to keep learning, mentoring and sharing. The personal relationships we make along the way are the true value of work; together we make marvelous things.
