Masaru Suzuki

I started my career in the video industry as a part-time assistant creating graphics for broadcast stations.

During that work, I noticed a shortage of systems engineers, which hindered artists' performance. This led me to focus on supporting artists, which was my motivation for entering the video industry.

I also worked at an import agency, supporting video industry hardware (capture cards) and software (then called eyeon Fusion).

After that, I worked freelance, supporting foreign video production companies and the video departments of manufacturers. I then joined SHIROGUMI INC. as a part-timer, but found many areas that needed improvement. As a result, I joined the company and worked not only on systems, but also on purchasing and personnel information, which had previously been handled in the General Affairs Department, while also building the current Systems Department.

At SHIROGUMI INC., I worked closely with manufacturers (both hardware and software) to engage in activities that benefit the entire VFX/CG industry. I provided feedback not only to manufacturers but also to distributors, striving for improvement.

I have also been actively involved in creating learning opportunities within SHIROGUMI INC. and an environment where employees can learn from each other.

Currently, while working at SHIROGUMI INC., I also support the management of anime system communities and attendance management communities in addition to VFX/CG-related activities.
