Markus Frank

Markus Frank is an award-winning VFX Supervisor
passionate about visual effects and digital film design.
Hailing from Bavaria, his remarkable journey from a small
town led him to the forefront of industry.
After honing his skills at the renowned Media Design High
School in Berlin, Markus garnered accolades from the
German Film Academy, winning the esteemed LOLA
(German Film Award) and receiving nominations for the
Academy Awards (Oscars) and BAFTA.
Whilst supervising at Cine Chromatix he delivered titles
such Sam – A Saxon, School of Magical Animals and All
Quite on the Western Front for Disney, Warner Bros. and
NETFLIX amongst others.
Collaborating with top companies like Rise CX and
Chimney, Markus constantly pushes the boundaries of
visual effects. Now the Head of the VFX department at Cine
Chromatix, he brings a unique perspective and seamless
on-set supervision to every project.
Markus is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts
and Sciences, Visual Effects Society (VES) and the Deutsche
Filmakademie.
