Joyce Cox

In the mid 90’s, a time when digital technology was rapidly evolving into its present role as a creative and technical cornerstone for filmmaking, Joyce Cox transitioned from the role of commercial producer to producing visual effects for feature films.  Since that time Joyce has produced 13,000 visual effects shots with budgets totaling in excess of $750 million.  Her credits include TITANIC, HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER’S STONE, X-MEN 2, SUPERMAN RETURNS, THE DARK KNIGHT, AVATAR, MEN IN BLACK III, THE GREAT GATSBY and Jon Favreau’s THE JUNGLE BOOK.  In addition to her work on film projects Joyce taught a course at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Producing Visual Effects, and actively mentors young filmmakers through the Academy Gold Program.  In addition to being represented by  Rocket Science Talent for consulting on visual effects, Joyce pursues her creative interests through painting.
