Greg Grusby

With over 30 years of industry experience, Greg Grusby brings a unique viewpoint to the public relations programs for ILM, ILM StageCraft, and Skywalker Sound. Greg is responsible for all publicity, internal and external communications, and the company's branding.

Greg joined Industrial Light & Magic in 2006, relocating to San Francisco from his native New York where he operated Thought Agency, Ltd., a boutique communications agency specializing in design, visual effects, and post-production. Before that, Greg served as the Director of Communications at New York’s leading post-production and visual effects studio, Manhattan Transfer/R!ot Manhattan.

Greg holds a BS in Communications from the University of Miami, Florida, and is a member of the Arts, Media, and Entertainment Taskforce for the State of California, the Visual Effects Society, the Hollywood Professional Association, ACM SIGGRAPH, and the International Animated Film Society (ASIFA-Hollywood).
