Glenn Matchett

Glenn has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of creative talent and visual effects at MPC where he championed artists and their work. In his role as Global Head of Talent Marketing at MPC he helped promote the studio to the artist community and showcase the fantastic work being delivered by artists.

Since 2018 as Managing Director of Communiucations Agency Grammatik, he brought with him a rare mix of creative understanding, strategic insight, and an ability to connect with the people who make this industry so unique. Under his leadership, Grammatik has become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative VFX studios, and creative software tools alike. He has helped studios like Goodbye Kansas, Lux Aeterna, Futureworks, Cinesite, and many more articulate their vision, strengthen their global presence, and celebrate the extraordinary work of their artists.

Through these roles, he has consistently demonstrated a rare ability to bridge the creative and business sides of the VFX industry, helping studios and artists communicate their vision, grow their reputations, and build stronger connections with clients and collaborators.
