Cristian Fieiras
I’m a Technical Artist and VFX Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry, specializing in visual effects pipelines, virtual production, and real-time workflows. My work bridges creativity and technology, driving innovation in content production through tools like Unreal Engine, Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and more.
I began my academic journey in Image and Sound Design at the University of Buenos Aires, and continued to build my technical foundation through specialized training in the U.S. and Argentina, including iAnimate, Autodesk Maya (KINEMA), the Epic Bootcamp for Unreal Engine, compositing at SICA, and color grading at Punto Cine.
In 2014, I founded Plasma Studio, where I led projects as both VFX Supervisor and Producer. I developed integrated technical solutions for films, series, and commercials, contributing to high-profile productions such as:

Beyond my professional work, I am a dedicated martial artist and ITF Taekwondo instructor. Practicing and teaching martial arts has taught me discipline, focus, and perseverance — qualities that strongly influence how I approach complex creative and technical challenges in my career.
My skillset combines strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and cross-functional team leadership. I'm passionate about pushing the boundaries of storytelling through design and emerging technologies. Currently, I’m focused on collaborating with product and technology teams to discover new, more efficient ways of creating content at the intersection of creativity and innovation.
