C. Michael Neely
Michael has over 40 years in computer graphics, with the last 20 years in visual effects for film and television. He has worked primarily in the area of visualization and also as an animator and effects artist. Over the past 7 years much of his focus has been in the use of real time and game engine technology specifically. In 2017, his virtual camera system, MindsEye, was used for techvis on the set of Dead Pool 2, and also for visualization on Bad Times at the El Royale.
He currently is working as a Technical Account Manager for Epic Games, where he works directly with studios to bridge the knowledge gap between traditional animation pipelines and that of real time using the Unreal Engine for virtual production of linear content.
Michael holds a BFA - Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech University, and and an MFA - Computer Art from Savannah College of Art & Design.
He is a published author of "Darbone - Legend of The Four"
