Brynley Cadman

Brynley "Binc" Cadman is a creative technologist, Film Development Producer, and cultural leader with a four-decade career spanning art and technology. As President of the Thailand National Delphic Council, he promotes cultural diplomacy and digital ethics, particularly at the intersection of traditional culture and AI.

Cadman's journey began in on-set Practical Special Effects, leading to early innovations in digital restoration and colorization. He became one of Canada's first Flame Artists at Mad Dog Digital, consistently mastering emerging technologies to deepen cinematic storytelling.

His transition to international VFX leader included serving as VFX Supervisor at Germany's Company B (Studio Babelsberg) and heading his own company, B. Inc, in India, where he led projects like The Rising and the Oscar-nominated, BAFTA-winning Rang De Basanti.

After a decade running Binc BKK VFX in Thailand, Cadman now designs future production ecosystems as a Virtual Production Supervisor and ICVFX Supervisor. His current focus includes deterministic GenAI pipelines, viewer-driven storytelling, and hybrid AI/VFX pipelines via Crave AI Lab and AiDNO.

Beyond entertainment, Cadman's work aligns innovation with social purpose through mobile medical missions and digital rights education for indigenous artists. As President of the National Delphic Council of Thailand, he integrates cultural preservation with AI ethics and decentralized media distribution
