Allen Hastings
I've been passionate about computer graphics, animation, and visual effects for over forty years. One of my main contributions so far has been facilitating the production of high end CGI on personal computers rather than expensive workstations, leading to an explosion in the number of VFX studios in the 1990's. After co-founding a successful software startup in the 2000's, I'm now researching new opportunities involving the convergence of CGI and AI.
