The only exception to the above will be for guests under the age of 12\, or those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief. Guests requesting an exemption must provide proof of the exemption\, in addition to either a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event\, or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the event. Guests may present proof of vaccination or a negative test on paper or a smartphone. The NY State Excelsior Pass is an acceptable form of proof. DESCRIPTION:VES Members and Up to Three (3) Guests are Invited to a 3D Screening of Walt Disney Pictures’ and Marvel Studios’ DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS.  \nWalt Disney Studios safety guidelines require that all VES members and guests must show photo ID that matches their names on the RSVP list and wear masks at all times indoors.\n \nRSVPs are Closed\nSunday\, May 15\, 2022 at 3:00PM (It is now too late to make any changes)\nWalt Disney Studios Main Theater\n500 S. Buena Vista St.\, Burbank\, CA 91521\n(Please enter through the Alameda gate and park as directed.) \n***VES Members: Please enter your first and last name in the “Attendee 1″ fields*** \nIn an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19\, we ask that you or your guests do not attend VES events if you are experiencing any symptoms or if you have been exposed to the virus. \nScreenings are overbooked to compensate for no-shows. Seating is limited and will be available on a first come\, first served basis. An RSVP does not guarantee seating. \nBy signing up for this on-site\, in-person screening/event sponsored by VES (Visual Effects Society)\, you willingly accept any potential inherent risks associated with COVID-19.
