SUMMARY:Animation and Visual Effects: Discovering New Opportunities
DESCRIPTION:The Producers Guild of America Invites VES Members to Attend Animation and Visual Effects: Discovering New Opportunities \nDuring the time of COVID-19\, live action production has been thrown in front of unprecedented challenges. Speakers include co-leads of the PGA’s One Guild Black Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in Animation and VFX Working Group\, which has the goal of broadening the animation and VFX presence in the PGA with an eye towards inclusivity for women\, BIPOC and the LQBTQ+ community while educating the Guild on the animation film making process. Those speakers are Producer Jinko Gotoh\, Producer Monica Lago-Kaytis\, VES Board member and Vice President of Visual Effects at Sony Pictures Entertainment Arnon Manor\, VES Board member and VFX Executive Producer at DNEG Philipp Wolf\, moderated by VES Board Chair Lisa Cooke. \nRegister now.
