The VES Bay Area is excited to invite our members to a presentation of Poncho & Lefty in Chrome Don’t Get Ya Home.

The panel includes : Writer and Director – Matt Jacobs (owner and creative director of Enormous Horsepower) and VFX Supervisor – Ari Rubenstein (owner of Curv Studios). It will feature the screening of their short (7 minutes), plus a discussion about the creative process, production, technical pipeline, and business models that they built for the project, followed by a Q&A with the audience with moderator Jeff A. Johnson, VES Bay Area Chair.

Outside a desert saloon, Lefty taunts Poncho’s dirty chopper, but his own pristine motorcycle won’t start. Overlooking basics, Lefty learns a lesson in humility, and the value in more than just appearances. Chrome Don’t Get Ya Home” is a heartwarming and humorous tale of self-discovery, and the wisdom that sometimes the simplest solutions are the most effective…
