This year, we will have virtual panels in 7 regions around the world, making this a truly global event. You can sign up for any region, it does not have to be your home area. Click here to see the list of all the time zones and select your choice before November 30th.
Should I register for an in-person or a virtual voting panel?
In-Person Panels
- Considered by many to be the premier networking event of the year and a great opportunity to meet fellow VES members in your local area
- See the media on theater-size screens
- Connect with old and new friends
- Lunch and refreshments provided
- There is nothing to prepare in advance. You’ll just need to bring a personal device (phone, tablet, laptop) that can run an app and connect to WIFI.
Virtual Panels
- Participate from the comfort of your home and save time and energy by not traveling
- Perfect for those who don’t prefer large groups
- Meet VES Members (virtually) who you might not normally engage with due to geographic distance
- You can participate from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection
- You will need a tablet or larger to view the media while maintaining a zoom camera connection
- You will need to be on camera for the duration of the media viewing
